Back Office Export Specialist (International Division)
Join a rapidly expanding international cosmetics company dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Back Office Export Specialist to support our global growth initiatives.
¿Qué vas a hacer?
Customer and Subsidiary Management:
- New Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation handling, logistical requirements, delivery conditions, and product formats.
- Client Support: Channel and address client inquiries and needs in a timely and coordinated manner with other departments.
- Information Provision: Provide accurate information on products, services, and export policies to clients and the commercial department.
- Order Management: Handle sales orders, credits, and internally channel client forecasts and future needs.
- Problem Resolution: Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise with orders.
- Procedure Implementation: Drive and implement procedures to manage the needs of new clients effectively.
Export Management:
- International Shipping Coordination: Coordinate international shipments ensuring compliance with deadlines and customer specifications.
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare and review necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.
- Order Tracking: Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
Customs Coordination:
- Customs Procedures Management: Manage all aspects related to the company's customs procedures.
- Issue Resolution: Problem solving behavior, customs, logistics and so on.
¿Qué necesitas para el puesto?
- Educational Background: Degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Customs Knowledge: Strong understanding of customs procedures and regulations.
- Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Language Skills: High proficiency in English(C1); French would be a plus.
